"We had a fantastic trip to Krakow and the accommodation at Betmanowska was excellent!
The organised transfer was perfect, really pleasant and knowledgable driver who told us about good places to go, see, eat etc
The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space with the usual safe etc…soft drinks minibar was complimentary which was a really nice touch!was bed was soft but we they do offer a service to make it harder, but we chose not to utilise this. Shower was great!
A bottle prosecco was waiting for us as a welcome gift which was a nice touch as was a bottle of wine later in the stay to thank us for choosing them.
Breakfast was great, continental style buffet was good with hot food made to order…can’t complain!
Location was perfect, right next to the main square, yet the room did not suffer from external noise.
The only downside was the building is old so was quite creaky, you felt the movement from other residents nearby and the building made a lot of noise as you moved about, but this wouldn’t stop us returning, just letting people know!
The lift is very small and didn’t give us a lot of confidence it would make every journey! so if you’re not a fan, be prepared to use the stairs!
Overall a fantastic stay, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again should we come back to Krakow!"
