"I have not stayed at the Beaumont for several years. I never have a problem with any hotel I'm quiet I don't leave a mess I don't destroy anything steal anything do anything I'm not supposed to at the motel I use it as I'm supposed to which is for a place to stay when I'm cruising through town and visiting etc. But after not staying there for 8-10 years at least I booked to stay here paid in advance showed up to the property and was told that I am on the Blocked Guest List.
I have no idea why I have no explanation as to why the last time I stayed there was overnight and a nice storm because I could not make it home and was forced to rent a motel room until the next day. So they canceled my reservation left me almost completely without the ability to rent a room because it was almost midnight when I finally got to town to check in and go to bed. I barely was able to book at a different hotel minutes away from the midnight cutoff. Then I was told sometime in the next 10 to 15 business days they would refund my booking that I had already prepaid. So I don't know what happened I know I never did anything wrong at this hotel and I am very unsatisfied but was very polite and told them okay I'm sorry and have a wonderful night. But due to my being put out and left to almost have to sleep in my car all night I can definitely say I will not recommend this property to anyone I know. It was very unprofessional and not merited..."
"4:pm
Went in rang bell 4 times, no response. Called got message machine. Finally another person walks in and rings bell.
Manager Patel walks in goes straight by me and goes to coffee machine, fills up his coffee then casually walks around me and decides to acknowledge my presents. You can see it was recently remodeled but based on from desk area it won’t be long before it goes downhill."
"We were pleasantly surprised at our stay. Great bed, clean, quiet, hard-working staff and good breakfast!
Only negative was our room smelled like a smoking room. 😐"
"This actually shows a 8.2 which is more like a 2.8 it says continual breakfast and there is none!! It is a pass through room and both doors had gaps around them you could actually see outside. Stains above both beds no cover on exhaust fan in bathroom and did not work had a Walmart bag stuffed in the vent, smoke detector had not battery and door was broke on it. Had a nice frig but no way to plug it into a three pin outlet unless you took it to the bathroom. Heating/A/C unit was green with mold. With all that said the room and bed was clean but cold as crap especially when it got -7 outside. Paid for three nights could not handle the room did not even stay the last night in fear of freezing to death. Save yourself a headache and go some where else!!!"
