"Nice hotel in Newberry. The staff were very kind especially Ashley. She made sure to get my note on hotels.com and then take care of my room. Then was very helpful the next day.Perfect location to travel to Munsing and Tahquamenon falls. Washer and dryer on-site does work thats a bonus. Free popcorn. A small gift shop. Id highly recommend this place."

"Basic clean room. Room lacked a coffee maker, frig or microwave. Bathroom faucet only had cold water. Shower was nice. I was just spending the night, so it was adequate for my purpose. I would stay again."

"Lobby, staff, cleanliness, room condition, bed comfort, air conditioning were all great. We even reserved the room for another night & did day trips from there. Their hot breakfast was great as well with several choices. Best hotel during our vacation!"

"We felt the Trail Inn was well situated for visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and close to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable and near enough to Newberry that multiple amenities were available. We stayed two nights and it was quiet. It wasn't a problem, but be aware that you're unlikely to see staff. Our check in was automated and we simply followed the directions as we checked out. It was simple and easy to do, but don't expect room service."

"Clean room and great space w kitchen No staff available but the information in the folder provided anything we needed I liked that the coin laundry services were available for use for a family of 5 this was useful and I wasn't planning on being able to wash clothes but nice surprise"
