"The place doesn't deserve 2 stars. The towels were terrible. The heater was very noisy. The walls were thin, or at least you could easily hear conversations in the next room."

"Breakfast was nice and seemed fresh. Pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. Room seemed clean besides the sink that wouldn’t drain properly until I “fixed” it myself. Worst part about the experience was the cleaning staff. They walked in our room 1 hour before our check out to ask if we were leaving. We told them soon. 15 minutes later I walked out to my car to pack bags and walked right back into our room. Before I walked in, again, he asked if were leaving and I said soon once more. 5 minutes later, I did one more trip to the car and back in my room to get the last items, my wife and babies. They saw me walk in, but proceeded to badge in our room and once more asked if we are leaving. I had to close the door on him and tell him not yet. I’ve never felt so rushed to leave a hotel in all my years of travel. It was 10:31 when we checked out, with 29 minutes to spare. Never again will I book a Comfort Inn. The ratings and images were deceiving. The staff was incredibly hostile at this location. "

"Excellent experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was very clean. Facility was in an exceptional location for our concert. Pool and hottub was very nice. We will definitely stay again."
