"When we got there and checked into our villa upon inspecting the villa, we found the beds where I made there was dishes in the sink, and the trash was overflowing and all the trash cans. I called the desk and they put us in the new villa. the dryer doesn’t work in this new villa. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and when it did, it went in and out of service wouldn’t bring new towels in for us because we were in a villa and we have a washer and dryer while the dryer doesn’t work so what were we supposed to do? Also, there was a big crack in the kitchen floor. I took a picture of because I wanted to show them that it was pre-existing."
"Staff was rude, there were bugs in our room and when we were ready to check out there was nobody at the desk and after we rang the bell on the desk and still after 20 minutes there was nobody there. We left the the key on the counter. "
"The staff was very accommodating to keeping our group together by offering a joining rooms as well as a first floor option. Stated here overnight before a very early flight - only about 15 minutes from Peoria airport. Very comfortable beds and great size room for the price. Would stay again if in the area."
"The young lady that checked us in could have been more accommodating and helpful, rather than sheepishly asking for our information. Overall it was a nice stay."
"We used the parking deck because there was an event going on at the pull up at front door was packed. The garage was a disaster, the ground was in crumbles, falling apart. You couldn’t get out of your car without falling. Suitcases were getting stuck in the huge holes in the concrete and rocks all over. We made it to the elevators after walking around because nothing was clearly marked to know where to go. Then the elevators didn’t work. So we had an infant in a stroller suitcases, bags, pac and play that we had to haul down the ramps with on coming traffic because that was the only down with a stroller and all of our stuff. It was totally unsafe for our family and our baby. Espcailly with how bad the ground was we were tripping and falling or had to pick up the stroller at one point because of how big the hole was in the ground. This was unsafe and very scary. Then went to check in and they gave us a hard time because we booked through a 3rd party they kept saying and not through a website ?? And had to change the taxes. And I said no the whole entire weekend is paid in full so your not charging anything different. We had to wait 10 trips to finally be able to get on the elevator to get to our room everything kept cutting in front of us and the stroller. Being very rude with this bunch group of kids. All weekend we dealt with them. But they were had no control. They took over the hotel for an event going on. The staff was in staffed. There is so much more…."
