"We stayed at Aloft Nashville on our way home from Florida and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and in a convenient location. The pool area could use a little attention, as it felt a bit worn and wasn't quite as clean as the rest of the property.
What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Unfortunately, I can't remember the manager's name, but he was absolutely amazing. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I had a hard time settling down afterward and didn't get much sleep. The manager on duty was calm, professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating during a stressful situation. His demeanor helped make an unsettling experience much easier to handle.
Things don't always go according to plan when traveling, but great customer service makes all the difference. The staff at Aloft proved that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!"
