"I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes. "We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking lot and little else. "The only good thing I can say about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down. The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over it, along with many hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was stained and dirty looking. The door to the room had a huge gap under it that all kinds of critters could crawl under it. I did not feel safe...
