"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely helpful and engaging throughout my visit, from the front desk team to the room attendants and kitchen staff. Their friendly and attentive service made a positive impression.
The room was very clean and well-maintained. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the mattress, which is something I always pay attention to when traveling.
The only issue I noticed was that the hallway carpet could have been cleaned a little better. Also, the pillows were much too soft for my preference. It would be nice if the hotel offered firmer pillow options for guests who need more support.

One other thing is those pillows they are too soft they should invest in some firm pillows also."
