Particular Erika that was absolutely amazing and a great person to help me in my misread dire need of medical attention. She helped me when I came into the hotel in the worst possible condition of pain I was in and retrieved my suitcases took care of my service animal and my friends showed up to take me to the emergency room due to the astronomical pain I was suffering from. Ericka went above and beyond to let the staff know I would need another night and I would be ordering it online and making g sure I was comfortable when I returned from the hospital 8 hours later. Everyone was good but the next day Rolex didn’t see my payment from Expedia and I have no idea why. I showed that I paid and he insisted that they didn’t see it on their end. I needed to sleep because the ER heavily medicated me and he insisted on ringing my room even after I showed proof of pay. To one of his staff ladies. And knocking on the door so I had to show him again the Expedia payment for this hotel. Finally they allowed me to rest. I had paid 7 hours earlier than I was supposed to. Anyway the stay was over all a good
And helpful experience because of everyone else for sure. I was well taken care of even by their guests. I am grateful I booked this hotel otherwise I don’t know where my puppet myself would have ended up. I had never experienced spine neck shoulders and skull pain like this before.
