"The property had excellent amenities. A pool and spa, laundry, and an excellent restaurant. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room could use a good cleaning, specially the window sills and the bathroom. Also the room had deferred maintenance issues. All that being said, it was a good value for the money and I would stay there again."

"Spent the night on the way back to Southern New England. Room was very clean with two comfortable queen beds. Plenty of hot water and a large walk in shower. Breakfast selection was very good. Staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We would stay here again."

Park View Inn - Salem

"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. Maintenance gave me a pliers to use in case I couldn't get the lock open but I never did close it completely and I didn't sleep well that night. Otherwise, there were no issues. "
