"To be honest, I would’ve put this hotel one star, but didn’t because I didn’t want it to be counted against the staff because they are amazing and they go above and beyond first class service.
The situation is it’s complete chaos surrounding the hotel between walking in through the guest entrance and smelling completely of weed trying to get through the casino with chaos from the actual gamblers/I guess there was a graduation party that wasn’t even being held there and everybody came there just to take pictures inside the lobby, and there was no parking for the actual guests and security was scrambling everywhere.
Lastly, I get the aesthetic that they’re going for. It’s definitely modern but very inconvenient. One of the worst hotel setups I’ve ever seen for a room. There is no storage for your belongings. You have a very tiny closet with two tiny little drawers inside the closet so you can’t even hang much. In the main room you have two more small drawers and everything else is open shelving, including the bathroom, not one single drawer or cabinet I had to keep our medicine and other toiletries in a bag so it didn’t clutter the counter with only one sink. Again, they tried to go for the approach of no door on the shower except all the steam comes out and it showed because the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom on the walls. You lose all of your heat and most of the water goes out to the floor so you have to put at least two towels down."
