"Quaint little Mom and Pop Hotel that was extremely clean and bright just 2 streets from the ocean. No on-site check-in (all completed ahead of time via email/text). Bit of a snafu with door code but one text to MGMT and issue was immediately corrected. In room #2, Keurig, small refrigerator, microwave and simple individual toiletries provided. So appreciate the Keurig and accompanying coffee pods. Very nice outside sitting area with rockers and Adirondacks as well as a sepate area with picnic tables and grills.
Cons: there isn't a table in this particular room (looking into other rooms, there were small bar like wall tables though with stools. Set up in other rooms splits the beds into separate areas as well, instead of the traditional side by side hotel set up in room #2).
Secondly, the shower never got truly hot in this room-- it was warm but not hot and I did let it run for at least 15 minutes. Not a deal breaker of course, but I do love a nice hot shower.
