"Hotel was not what i expected. Construction workers, many of them staying there. Very loud outside, drinking beer and hanging outside the rooms. Eventually, they quieted down around 930pm. Parking lot very full with big trucks, parked far away from my room and walked with luggage up narrow stairwell. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. "Place was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Located just outside of the city but easy access to downtown. Not much in the way of amenities but I would recommend without hesitation. "

"When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water!
