"The hotel cosmetically was very nice, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable very hard. My daughter and I were traveling with 4 children and requested with adjourning rooms or on the same floor. Reservations and payment was under my name some how it changed to two separate reservations. When we arrived we were tired and just wanted our rooms. After we checked in we notice we were on two different floors and brought it to the front desk attention and explained why we need to be in the same floor. She said she had nothing so my daughter asked for the MOD. The bartender tried to help she contacted the MOD and gave me the phone.
Very brief conversation she started with “hey” not hello how can I help you. While waiting for her arrival we again asked the front desk person is there anything on the two floors she assigned us, she turned her head looked up at the ceiling stuck her younger out very immature, rolling her eyes popping her head back and forth like she was performing on a tick toc video.
Finally the MOD arrives addressed our easy apologized. The rest of the stay was manageable the children enjoyed the pool because of storms off and on wasn’t able to enjoy the water park or really venture out since it was a short visit.
Before the night was over I went to the front desk to check on the young lady and to apologize for my reaction for immaturity. I don’t think I’ll stay at that hotel again really reconsidering my over all stays at Marriott hotel chains."
