"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "Our five day stay last week was our third annual visit, and we'll be going back again next April. It's a comfortable place! It's warm and bright, with comfy furniture and cozy rooms. It's quiet and feels private, and neighbors are rarely noticed. The main bathroom is roomy and well lit, with a jacuzzi, and the bedroom's windows offer a full view of the beach and the ocean. The views extend far, from both ends of the unit, and the 180' view of the Pacific could not be more grand. "

"The location was excellent! Right next to the beach. There was a good sized heated pool and hot tub. Only downside was the siding was being replaced on the exterior when we stayed but the workers were friendly! No air conditioning which would have been fine but the windows had plastic covering them from the construction project. Overall definitely will stay here again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is set in a big open area surrounded by forest. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a full kitchen. We opened all the windows and listened to the birds and the wind in the trees. We especially enjoyed the trails through the woods and the massive trees. We would stay here again!"
