"Liked that the hotel room was mostly renovated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Bathroom needs a complete renovation and the room did not have a closet."

"The room was clean but this is clearly an older motel. It was quiet and the AC worked. Those were the most important things to us along with cleanliness. What we didn't like was some of the other guests were smoking pot outside their rooms and it was noticeable as soon as we stepped outside of our room. They allow dogs for only $10. "

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."
