"I was very disappointed with my stay. The person who checked me in was very nice, but she told me nothing about the amenities. Nothing about the pool breakfast anything just here’s your keys. I went to the room open the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I requested a non-smoking room. the carpet was dirty looking needs to be removed.The shower was complicated and hard to figure out. They told me that I had to go down steps with my luggage or walk around the entire building to get to the entrance with the ramp and elevator then it appears that they do have an elevator for the handicap, but that’s not the elevator they want you to use you just need to struggle with your luggage down steps or walk around the entire building. I know it’s a very old hotel but hospitality can make up for a lot of things I was in the lobby for a while no one no one in the staff say hello (4people)how are you doing anything are you OK? Do you need anything? Anything very unfriendly environment? If you have to stay there the price is good and you can get a shower in a decent bed to sleep in, but that’s probably about it for me anyway. I called at night to complain about the smoke. It was pretty much mood unpleasant what do you want me to do attitude wow really absolutely no apologies no empathy no care. Oh I forgot no luggage carts,"
