"First off, the floors in my room were extremely slippery. It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned.
To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. Instead, a pool filter hose had been clamped between the sink drain and the drain line. This allowed raw sewer gases to enter the room, which made the stay very unpleasant.
The floors were also scratched and worn throughout the room, giving it an unmaintained appearance.
Breakfast was disappointing as well. The eggs appeared old and looked as though they had been microwaved. The only fruit available was a plastic-wrapped apple. There may have been a waffle maker available, but it was not obvious or easily accessible. Other than some cereal, there was very little to choose from.
Overall, the condition of the room and the lackluster breakfast did not meet expectations. The sewer odor issue alone is something that should be addressed immediately, as it raises concerns about both comfort and proper plumbing standards.
I tried calling down to file a complaint, but never received a phone call back. When I contacted the customer service line, they were pretty unresponsive."
