"We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to a hotel without at least a coffee pot. Coffee was available in the lobby and you can rent a pot and dishes but that was it. Very spartan common area. Cigarette butts present at both secondary entries so a bit dirty.
Tub drain also slow to drain so it pooled up during showers.
Room was clean and we had plenty of towels, though.
The clean rooms brought it to three stars but we wouldn't stay here again."
