I would not recommend this hotel.
I booked a one-night stay through Hotels.com and checked out as scheduled. After I left, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $713.94, claiming that I stayed an extra night. This was completely inaccurate. I contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one was willing to help or correct the charge. As a result, I was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
In addition to the billing issues, the property did not appear well maintained. The room felt dated, and the pillows and bedding did not appear as clean as I would expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience left me questioning the hotel’s recordkeeping and customer service practices.
The most frustrating part was not the mistake itself, but the lack of assistance when I tried to resolve it. Charging a guest for a night they did not stay and then refusing to correct the error reflects very poorly on management.
I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property based on my experience."
