"My wife and I stumbled across this listing when searching for a weekend getaway, with natural beauty within reasonable distance of D.C. It was just over 2 hours distance to get there. We were very happy with these lodgings, were very comfortable and clean and the price was reasonable. The staff at the activity center were very friendly and helpful with check-in process and answering questions. The activity center also has an indoor pool, hot tub, and a small fitness room which is well maintained. No restaurant on site but several dining options nearby. We also found two different, nice hiking trails within a few minutes drive. Our apartment was large enough for four people, honestly we should have invited some friends to join us.
Just a couple of minor details that could be improved: (1) the tap water has a slight unpleasant taste, so maybe advise guests to bring some containers which they can use to fill with the purified water available at the activity center. (2) The locking mechanisms of both the front and back doors of the unit are getting a bit worn, difficult to lock and unlock."
