"Rooms are clean"

"Though this property has not been updated in 30 years, it is comfortable and fun. However, I am not at all picky and I was troubled that there were spiderwebs across the bathroom door in my room. There is no pool at this property. Even though it advertises a pool, it looks like it hasn't been filled in a very long time. The bed was comfortable except for the fact that it just had a cotton spread on it instead of a fitted cover. That spread underneath the sheet moved whenever I moved and became...

"Perfectly serviceable for our one-night stay. Carrizozo is a tiny town with very few services, but we were not looking for much. We had to be out and on the road very early for the Trinity site open house, so I don't think we were in this room for a full 12 hours. "

"The room was immaculate, the beds were comfy, check-in was cheerful and quick, and all this for $60. Certainly beyond my expectations! One caution: no restaurants were open in town that evening. Made do with the 24/7 convenience mart next door."
