"I have stayed at this location twice in the last week, once for work and once for leisure. Both stays were fantastic. Rooms were cleaner than any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Amanda at the front desk is a very hard working and dedicated employee, I was happy to see her when I walked in during my second stay and she remembered my name immediately. Tracy, the manager, truly takes every guest's experience to heart. There was one piece of feedback I had for her regarding my first stay that really wasn't even the responsibility of the hotel. She took the time to listen to me and actually had it handled before I even said anything. She's the kind of manager you want in charge of things and, as a small business owner, I'd feel at peace knowing she was on my team and covering things when I wasn't there.
The team members in charge of cleaning are incredibly nice and greet you when you're walking down the hall. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they're well taken care of by the management team.
Some places I've stayed don't seem as invested in their guests' experience but that is not the case with this hotel. I was excited to come back at the end of my long work day and knew I'd have a safe, clean, comfortable place to relax and recharge. That breakfast is also top notch, and I'm not a hotel breakfast person. I will stay here EVERY time I am in the area and I am looking forward to it.
