"We arrived very late & the access was very dark & the path to the basement was dark & I almost fell into the pool with my large suitcase. It was hard getting the luggage down the stairs. Also the noise levels scared me only because there is only an accordion type door that separates the basement area from the main house I didn't feel all that safe, maybe if I had my husband with me I wouldn't have felt this way, the bedroom doors couldn't lock so I slept with the lights on & the waste basket...

"I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very clean, affordable, and pleasantly decorated. I rented this place for the two restroom convenience you dont get at a hotel. It was perfect for my family of 4. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and just outside of town so not a lot of traffic and I was comfortable with my kids having their own room next door. It was also still convenient to get to town."

"I was evacuated from my property durring the 5mile fire in Spokane. I had a reservation to stay one night but I was allowed to go home sooner than expected. The staff graciously let me cancel my reservation with a full refund I just want to thank them and hope I wasn't rude thank you"

"What a wonderful property we chanced upon! Everyone so very kind and helpful, very nice facility. Even the city side rooms were well off the street, so it was quiet the whole 4 days we were there. Design was spot on, location just minutes from most places we wanted to go. Loved the infinity pool and hot tub, very nice to have a choice of pools! Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommended for families ♥️ Thank you 🙏"

"This was our first stay at an Oxford Suites and it turned out to be very pleasant. We were there for only one night but we enjoyed a number of features. Although we didn't use any of the close-by restaurants and shops had we wanted to there were a number of good options. We arrived around 8:00pm - upon check we were informed the bar on the lower level (the first floor) was open for another hour and that we had two complementary coupons (one each) for a glass of beer or wine - a pleasant feature since we'd been in the car for 16 hours. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and nice pillows. The refrigerator was of sufficient size to keep all the food we had in our cooler so it was nice and cold for the start of the remainder of our trip. Based on this exerience I would stay here again when we pass through next time."
