The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. "I stayed at this hotel and I didn’t do proper research. It’s not the usual and they are an extended stay entity. The normal amenities aren’t given like change of towels, hair dryer, iron or iron board. Outside all that, when I went on the location the entire place smelt of smoke and marijuana.
