"Cleanliness was so so. Our room smelled like dog. The dish box they give you was alright. They don’t provide dish soap or paper towels, those are things you have to buy, which seems very nickel and dime like to me. Considering the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and it costs pretty decent money to stay, it just seems like those things should be included. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it’s not somewhere I would stay again."

"Room was great, check-in took a bit longer than expected due to the electronic check-in kiosks being down. One of the draws to the property for me and my teen sons was use of the pool, which online said was open until 10 PM. We drove 4.5 hours to the property and checked in at 5:45 PM, and was told that the pool did indeed close at 10 PM, but that somehow it also closed at 6 PM (?!). The pool indeed closed that evening at 6 PM, but a *portion of the pool deck* remained open until 10 PM. We went to take a look at the situation, and the two large hot tubs were crammed with small children, like 25-30 in each one, with parents and other adults hanging out on the deck. Looking to avoid the diaper soup, we declined the tubs altogether. This was disappointing, since the heated pool was talked up online, and rated "The Best Pool in Reno" but only for families with small children, apparently. Anyway, it looked great for families with small kids. It looked very fun."

"Great place to stay for our annual Pyramid Lake fishing trip. Fantastic restaurants on the premises. Will come back again next year. "

"Property was nice, room was clean, most staff was pleasant and professional. My only cons was the mattress, it was lumpy and the thermostat, had it set on 65 degrees and it would blow hot air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"We must have stayed at the casino except for going over to the Rose Cafe in the casino excellent service our waitress I think her name was Priscilla great if anyone could go there and meet her she's wonderful."

"The property is old and dated. The restaurant and bar remain closed from covid days. The adjacent casino, despite having a connecting glass door, is only accessible by first going outside and then entering through the external entrance. The hallways smell of smoke, and some of this creeps into the rooms as well. Finally, the WiFi is so slow that I just used my cell phone as a hot spot, as that was much faster. "
