"I love supporting privately owned businesses and seeing older properties upkept. The Buffalo Inn was super clean and well maintained. The owner was very polite and helpful. Perfect for my night in Canyon. I highly recommend staying here...."

"No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. "
