"Very clean, nice location. Rooms were big and bathroom was really a nice size. Windows opened in the room and the bathroom, which I liked. Close to downtown Ithaca and restaurants. Spa was great! Outside property looks a bit dated. Could use some sprucing up, maybe some flowers and new plants but overall very nice. Would definitely return. "

"The breakfast was great. The room nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Only down side-I was told there was a $20/hr up charge to check in early. I’ve never heard that in any travels. So I left and came back after 3p."

"I love this little end tucked in the middle of Ithaca. It’s always very nice and clean nice amenities very quiet and peaceful environment. Staff is always friendly room stay does come with a complementary breakfast in the morning and that’s always nice with good fresh food clean linens clean bathroom. I definite choice to stay when I’m in the area."
