"The house was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. The backyard was great for our dog - well fenced and very large. I appreciated the extra blankets and towels to help keep the furniture covered (we’ve stayed at other places that claimed to be pet friendly but as soon as you booked they sent extra rules about keeping pets off the sofas, so this home is actually pet friendly). "

"Winnsboro Lake Retreat was very relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless. Every we needed and more was at our disposal. Beds were comfortable and the view out at the lake was great.
We were a little disappointed that the dock was not usable. We were not informed before our stay about this condition and we should have been. We did not swim as the area looked unsafe to be in the water.
Overall our stay was very nice."
