"I wasn’t thrilled the rental was on a second floor when I had my dogs. Pets, unfortunately, tend to move freely and I thought the guests on the first floor below us may have been annoyed with that. "The atmosphere is amazing. There is only AC in 1 room in the entire home. All bedrooms are on one floor and you must walk through one to get to the others. As well the bathroom in the downstairs has carpet ( know personal preference but YUCK) Could definitely use some updating. "
