"I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn property. I made a reservation and paid specifically for a room with 2 Queen Beds. However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed.
I checked in at 5:30 PM well after the standard check-in time (4PM), yet the front desk stated they could not provide the room I booked because there was no housekeeping available to prepare it. As a solution, the staff offered me a second room for free. While I appreciate the gesture, this was not a viable option for me as I am traveling with a minor child. I cannot have my child sleeping in a separate room alone, and it is frustrating that the hotel could not fulfill a basic paid reservation.
The lack of preparation and the inability to provide the specific accommodations I paid for made for a very stressful experience. Due to this service failure and the impractical solutions offered, I will not be staying at this hotel again during my future visits to the area."
