"Only spent 1 night: checked in at 6pm and left 9am.
Pros: Hotel and room was very modern. Loved the lobby Loved the high ceilings which made the room feel much larger. The gal at the front desk, Angie, was extremely helpful.
Cons: the thermostat in my room (202) wasn’t working. It was a cold and rainy day so I wanted the room to feel warmer. Angie tried to assist and couldn’t get it to work (turning the temperature/heat up). Instead cold air blasted above the bed (my room was colder than the hallway and common areas). She ended up calling the GM who gave her access to a room heater. They called in maintenance but they couldn’t arrive until 11pm. I learned this is an ongoing issue. We tried to turn off air and I agreed to give it time until I returned after dinner to determine if I will do a room change. The cold blast did stop and the room heater kept me comfortable all night. Other cons: wish the bed was comfortable, lots of dust under both night stands and hair on the “makeup black cloth” grossed me out a bit. If they could fix the air, bed and cleanliness of the room, I would stay again."
