"We got to the property to check in, and no one was at the front desk. So we rang the bell and waited, and waited and waited. We rang the bell again, and nothing. I could hear a tv on in a back room, but I called the front desk phone and no one showed up. I called corporate to see what to do (and they were no help at all) because after 30 almost 40 minutes of seeing no one at all, I was worried something bad had happened, so, I knocked on the office door and no one answered, so I opened the door...
