"Percy was exceptionally accommodating. She has only had this business a little over a year. For being an older hotel it was very comfortable and affordable. It does need to be updated. Convenient location, close to the downtown district. Cute little town in Ripon Wi. "

"No frills, basic accommodations. The family that runs this franchise is friendly and accessible whenever you need them. Not the most modern hotel and things are worn, but no complainsts for the price. It's clean, comfortable and quiet."

"Small local motel. Room was updated but not the cleanest. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Was told someone would clean the day after check in while I was working but it wasn't done. Tv worked. Location seemed safe. Would stay again if housekeeping improves."

"We were there to go to the Oshkosh EAA fly-in. It was pretty close, a nice 20 minute drive. The owners were very friendly and courteous, the room was comfortable. Look forward to staying three again next year. "

"For the price of the room this place was great. It had everything you needed. It doesn't have a lot of extras. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. The room was not perfect as far as the walls there's some spots that might need to be painted but to me that's nothing. The bed was nice and comfortable no lumps. Overall it was a nice stay. I would give this five stars. Not based on...
