"We came for a night stay for the Kent St football game. Arrived Friday evening. Lobby looks nice when first walk in. Very pretty light fixtures. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant, but could have dressed a little more work appropriate. Lobby was clean except for the floors. A lot of pet hair and stairs needed vacuuming badly. We stayed in Room #304…it was clean but had a stale smell. Bathroom was very clean except for the fan. Thick dust buildup on the fan cover. Bathroom door needs a paint job or replaced. Room has hard flooring, no carpet…that’s a plus. Very old dated furniture! No coffee maker. Nasty iron board cover that needs to be thrown out!!! Window treatment doesn’t match bedding and it’s the incorrect size for the window. Looks raggedy. Headboards needs cleaning. Too many fingerprints on main touch points! (Room Door outside/inside handles, hand soap dispenser, towel rack, toilet handle and bathroom knobs) The chair in our room was disgustingly stained. Needs to be discarded immediately! Since pets are allowed, switch to faux leather furniture. Very clean dinning area. Saturday Manager was very pleasant and professional. Overheard him apologize to a guest for not having toilet paper in her room. He addressed it immediately. Good breakfast. Appreciate the apples and biscuits being individually wrapped. Management needed to check the dining area frequently during breakfast hours to clean the tables immediately after guests. For the price, okay stay."
