"The room I booked (deluxe suite with double queen beds in a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper in rhe living room) wasn't available although the desk attendant said the computer said the room should be available, but he couldn't figure out exactly which room number it was, so they put us in a different room.
That room was dirty. I pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress cover was yellow and dirty and the sofa sleeper mattress had urine stains on the underside. And there was a ziploc bag with a used bar of soap under the cushions.
We requested a new room. This room was a little cleaner, but still dirty (sofa sleeper in the same condition as the previous room) and even smaller than the previous room.
At this point, we tried one more time to get a new room that was at least as big as the 1st one we had, but cleaner. They let us take a look at another room, but that sofa sleeper had some kind of clear crystal (looked like glass at first) under the mattress cover. After this we requested a refund and spent hours trying to book a room at another nearby hotel.
The cleaning staff needs to be trained to clean ALL the linen and places even the sofa sleeper whether or not they believe it was used or not."
