"When I arrived hot and tired, we checked in and looked at the room. The receptionist was receptive. She actually helped us get more towels when the laundry women got irate about her telling that the freezer door was coming off in our room. She told me I could push it outdoors to let it defrost.
Initially the beds were made. The bathroom had hair on the walls, floor of the shower. It was disturbing to put it mildly. The towels had stains so they were really unusable for anything but rags to catch the dripping water from the freezer door being opened the whole weekend.
On the surface the office people were cordial. No one ever did room service to take the trash. Or change the towels.
I did check the bedding for which they had double bed bug sheets and I saw no signs of bug. Only reason we stuck it out!
On the positive side
The AC worked
It was mostly quiet, we were able to get sleep and everything went smooth. Would I recommend or stay there again. Nope!"
