"It was a really nice condo for our party . Everything was great. The only issues I had was not being able to park both vehicles at the hotel the other was only 10 streets up which wasn’t bad but a little inconvenient. Also had to buy trash bags because there wasn’t any. You do have to put down a deposit also which is understandable and they did refund it so that was awesome. It was nice overall I would recommend it for large families."

"It was super spacious for our party of 9. Few stains on the sheets and furniture was broken but I can’t blame the owner. The previous guests don’t know how to respect others property. Communication: Cindy was very quick to respond which was amazing just not sure if she was having a bad day but the attitude was not my favorite. But I can’t just base my review on an attitude. Parking spaces are pretty tight. Absolutely loved how close to the beach it was located. Would definitely stay here again."

"I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

"This is a decent place to stay. Very walkable. Condo is a nice size! Plenty of room for 2 families of 3. Had a plumbing issue and the staff addressed it very quickly! Would stay here again. "
