"Beautiful setting and grounds. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast although included, was just ok.
Hot items were exactly the same 3 days in a row. Also those hot items, eggs, bacon, potatos and sausage were on 2 days of stay not even warm! Piled high in chaffers but cold throughout.
Breakfast crew was basically inattentive. I realize it was buffet but zero clearing plates and no talk at all.
Executive Suites were ok. Several things amiss. Room phone was broken. Resort "out" of Kleenex. Iron was unusable because of burned on dirt? Replacement iron leaked terribly and also not usable. In unit lighting very poor.
The furniture was badly outdated and couch so uncomfortable it was basically not used.
Overall the resort was nice to visit and we enjoyed the stay.
The Leisure Center was great! Lots to do there and very nicely maintained. No extra charge for most amenities there.
Had a very good dinner at the Glades Grill and a very kind and attentive server-- Jennifer--kudos! And Chef and Sous visited our table, a nice touch. Adrianna in Bunkers also very attentive and friendly.
We will return and just hope the suites are much improved.
