"Front desk was extremely nice and accommodated my request. The room as always was very clean, has a pleasant, updated appearance. For the price, it’s a solid place to stay and save money for shopping downtown or enjoying Biltmore house which is just down the street. "

"Loved it and would stay in the future. Unfortunately we weren’t in Asheville for very long so we didn’t explore the property as much as I would like but it’s literally minutes from downtown and all staff was very nice. They also provide a shuttle if you don’t feel like driving "

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't loud. It worked for me for a weeklong solo hiking trip. Located downtown so youve got all the shopping/eating/drinking within a few blocks. I would stay again! "

"So many options within such a short walk.... shopping restaurants and Harraha's Event Center is just a block away. The staff is so extremely friendly and couldn't go out of their way more to make our stay more enjoyable. LOVE THIS PLACE! We will definitely be back..SOON!"
