"It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!!"

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"THE OWNERS CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE. WE WERE 2 FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND HAD TO RUN AROUND TO FIND A HOTEL WHICH WOUND UP COSTING OVER $1000 FOR A SINGLE NIGHT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I BLAME EXPEDIA FOR HAVING THIS PROPERTY ON YOUR WEBSITE. AS A GOLD EXPEDIA MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS, I EXPECT TO BE COMPENSATED IN FULL. "
