"This property is located in an undesirable area. Neighboring properties are surrounded by chain-link fencing. There were 2 cars in the hotel parking lot that had been vandalized, and the management had signs posted prominently, alerting guests that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the hotel parking lot. We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel an hour after checking in. Manager refused to refund our deposit, so we were out >$100. We stayed at the...

"Rooms clean, and staff is helping if you have problems."

"The rooms weren’t terrible but they definitely were not clean. There is no elevator. And the hallways to the rooms don’t have AC, it’s just hot air. The bath tub took 45 minutes to fill up because the water pressure was so bad. The mat in the bathtub had actual mold underneath it, you can tell no one has even picked it up to clean. We had to use the shower to fill the tub for our kids. This hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting. Regret getting a 2 night stay here."
