Nice hotel with good staff and good food at the restaurant. Bed was too firm for my preference but would be fine if you prefer firm.

Tge property well kept, very clean. Great customer service. Very quiet area. Easy access to A6 and public transportation across the property. I did not get tge opportunity to utilized the restaurant. If I visit the area, I definitely will stay at this property.

Check out was at 11 am. Breakfast was very good and restaurant service was great. Bar service fantastic! Room was across the reception area and you had to cross a major road. It was raining so it was sort of a nuisance. The beds comfortable, the rooms quiet and warm.

Leider war das Hotel v.a. Beim Frühstück am ersten Aufenthaltstag völlig überfordert, was an der starken Auslastung des Hotels wegen des Fußballspiels gelegen haben könnte. Sollte aber nicht sein. Restaurant fanden wir auch eher >Durchschnittlich v.a. Was das Preis & Leistungsverhältnis angeht.

Beds were comfortable. There was a separate bedroom for my teenage kids with a bunk bed - not too comfortable. You need to leave the door open though for the A/C to get to that room. The shower was very uncomfortable - doors did not shut properly. Otherwise, the room was good. The place had a nice breakfast, and there is a bar/restaurant on location as well. The hotel is not near any walkable area - but it served my purpose to break the trip on my way further south.

This quiet hotel sits on the far eastern edge of Kaiserslautern. There is nothing really around here but a an Irish pub across the street. The property has rooms on both sides of the room, and has 2 rooms to eat in and an outside dining area as well. Taxis have to be called and you need to allow extra time. The handicapped people will have a rough time navigating the hotel. Lots of steep hills and it would be quite difficult to push a wheelchair up.

Great family rooms
Excellent hotel, great location near highway, superb cleanliness of the hotel room, spacious rooms ideal for a family of five, free parking, pleasant employees, quiet surrounding, nothing really to complain about other than the internet going out.

Great place to stay!!
Very nice place. Spacious, beds comfortable. Didn’t have a lot of time there, but beautiful open areas / garden they have for sitting in the courtyard. Would definitely stay again.

Dejligt hotel med store værelser og super betjenin
Meget positiv oplevelse, stort rummeligt værelse, fri parkering og meget venlig betjening. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet hvis man er i det område. Eneste minus er at man ikke kan undgå at de erstatter brugte håndklæder med nye (miljø).

Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned. I would recommend the proprietor change the shower doors. The current design of two sides opening doesn’t do much to mitigate voluminous amounts of water on the floor. Otherwise, bathrooms were very well maintained.

Alles wunderbar, das Personal war nett, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Nicht nur das Zimmer sauber, sondern das ganze Hotel. Großes Frühstück für kleines Geld. Für alle etwas dabei. Perfekt abgerundet wenn es dazu Früchte geben würde. Abschließendes Plus, liegt im Grünen ruhig gelegen.

Preis / Leistung stimmen hier nicht.
Bei Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, musste 20 Minuten warten bis sich jemand zum Einchecken gefunden hatte. Das gebuchte "Comfort"-Zimmer mit renovierungsbedürtigem Bad ging zur Straße ,obwohl extra ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt wurde. Zimmerwechsel war möglich , mußte aber über den Hof zum Zimmer, da nicht im Hauptgebäude. Zimmer hatte eiskalten ungemütlichen Steinboden, kam mir vor wie in einem Kellerraum. Kann die hohen Bewertungen für diese Haus nicht nachvollziehen. Saunabereich ist ein Witz, Frühstück war gut, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt in diesem Haus nicht. Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneisse der Ramstein Airbase und es ist bis Nachts mit Fluglärm zu rechnen.

Wir bedauern es sehr, dass wir Sie nicht von unserem Haus überzeugen konnten. Unser Hotel liegt am nordöstlichen Stadtrand in direkter Nähe zum Pfälzer Wald. Viele Gäste schätzen unsere günstige Verkehrslage mit guter Autobahnanbindung sowie die ausreichend vorhandenen, kostenlosen Parkplätze.Celine vom Barbarossahof-Team

Hotel an sich gut. Frühstück war eher unterer Durchschnitt da Buffet bereits 7 Uhr morgens nicht nachgelegt wurde. Es gibt auch keine Ladestation obwohl dies Angegeben und beworben wird. Einzig eine Schuko Steckdose war da….

Wird bedauern, dass wir Sie nicht ganz von uns überzeugen konnten.Unser Frühstücksbuffet wird immer nachgelegt. Anders wäre dies gar nicht möglich, da unser Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Es kann jedoch bei sehr großem Menschenandrang vorkommen, dass dies leider etwas länger dauert. Natürlich können Sie auch unser Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, wenn Ihnen etwas fehlt. Wir bringen es Ihnen gerne an den Platz. Auf unserem Hotelparkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befinden sich mehrere Ladestationen für Tesla Fahrzeuge. Solides 4*-Hotel mit Schwächen im Service
Ruhig am Waldrand gelegen, genügend Parkplätze. Nette Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption. Großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Nicht sauber genug, viele Spinnenweben im Bad. Nur lauwarmes Wasser in der Dusche, keine Besserung nach Meldung. Gutes Restaurant. Frühstück etwas zu wenig vielfältig für 4 Sterne, mäßiger Service beim Frühstück, Angestellte unterhalten sich rufend durch das ganze Restaurant. Nicht Barrierefrei - Stufen zur Rezeption, zum Aufzug und zu den Zimmern.

Our first stay in Germany and the Hotel Barbarossahof was beyond exceptional!!! So clean, so lovely! Amazing delicious breakfast! Great shower, firm mattress, big room! Highly recommend!

This hotel / Restaurant is by far that most friendly, warm welcoming place that I’ve stayed in since returning back from deployment..They really went out if their way to ensure that I was comfortable..Shout out to the housekeeping stay and the receptionist..Eyat, Megan and Seline in addition to the friendly gentleman..You guys rock..MSG Sanders
