"This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...

"Accommodation was excellent, beautiful view from the room, lovely and clean. host was excellent, can’t say about breakfast as we didn’t have any but it looked good! Hotel is quite a way up a hill so be prepared to get the legs working, we’ve been back 3 days and mine are still aching!!"

"It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price."

"They did not send check-in instructions one day before as they promised. So I contacted them in the chat one day before, they replied that they would send all information. But when they still didn’t do it the night of arrival, I contacted them again but didn’t receive answer on chat or phone. We went in to the neighboring hotel, and they said this was the fifth time this week this had happened with HB Elementa; poor guests arriving without being able to contact them, and not being able to...
