"Wow! What an awesome experience. The location was excellent for our short trip. Our room was perfect and had a nice little porch. We enjoyed the spa very much, and we were grateful to make a last minute massage appointment. I am already planning my next trip back, but I want to stay longer next time!"

"The check in process was easy but the front desk staff were not very friendly. Our room was nice but I wish we had better bathroom linens. We had issues with the lack of service at the rooftop bar. On average, it took 15 minutes just to get a beverage. They were clearly understaffed."

"Honestly our favorite stay the whole time in Europe for two weeks. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of attending Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff was over the top providing helpful advice our entire stay. We will definitely return!"
