"Hotel has stains all over carpets in the lobby, stairs, and rooms. The safe was precariously placed on a wood pillar, the ac unit cord had a large burn mark on it from where it shorted out previously, the light in the bathroom was non functional. The property needs a lot of serious updating and cleaning."

"This property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown. It is not very clean and is very misleading. The employee at the front was very nice... but not helpful at all. I booked two nights with this hotel... we did not even stay there... we had to pay for an alternate hotel... I only got refunded for one night... The photos are misleading and I do not recommend booking this hotel. I will be checking all reviews from now on. Expedia was helpful in the refund process, but I do wish I could...

"Towels were terribly stained--what most of us would use as cleaning rags. I asked for cleaner towels, received them, but when housekeeping came in the second day of my stay, they replaced them with stained towels. Also, the floor was not cleaned thoroughly, sticky in places. And the room smelled of sweat when I arrived. Bed and bed linens were fine, air conditioning unit quiet."

"The staff were nice and the room was clean, however, the mattress had huge sags in it. It was so bad, I was stunned by it. The staff knows, but their hand are tied. The mattress was so saggy that the bed could not even be made properly. I can sleep anywhere, so I managed. I was in room 154 on the corner and it would be impossible to make this mattress worse. This experience has made me decide to never go to another Red Roof. That said, the staff and receptionist were wonderful and...
