"3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。"

"Clean and functional room, although not luxurious. A terrific view from upper unit. Minimal amenities (no restaurant on site but a new one is in the plans for summer 2026). The property evokes “Old Hawaii” nostalgia and vibes. It’s the only hotel on the island."

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for the month of May, 2026. This was a corner unit with a wrap around lanai and exceptional views of the mountains (sunrise) and the ocean (sunset). We also had a view of the pool and grounds including the koi pond. So lovely to sit on the lanai and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. "My suggestion to future guests would be to talk to staff before booking a room on exactly the type of room you will be given. The pictures on the website can be misleading as they show various types of rooms(ie ground level with patio verses 5th story room with no balcony)for the same category of room. Totally different experiences!"

"This hotel is older, but undervalued. We stayed between the Ohana (front) and Aloha (middle) towers on the north side. Pros: -Right on the beach, although you have to walk to the northern side to get to the beach because of erosion protection. There is a bathroom and water shower there. We saw monk seals & plenty of turtle right there. Rent gear there & you're good -Beach is shorter, but that limits people who come so relatively unpopulated -Has kitchenette with a dishwasher that's stocked...
