The last night, there were no spaces in the lot and I had to valet, which then includes a tip, making the $25 per night turn into $30 per night."

"We LOVED our stay at West Gate in Park City, Utah! My husband and I got married on his birthday and West Gate hooked us up. They made our day so special—we felt like resort royalty. Our condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. We had the best view in the house—a pine-flanked balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Okay. Can I tell you how beautiful this was??!! Wow. Wow. Wow. The jacuzzi tub felt like a taste of Tahiti. We felt pampered, adored and welcomed. Nice, the desk attendant, was so kind, helpful and friendly. She offered us water, which was soon chilled in our full-size fridge, complete with a fully stocked kitchen. Large television. Spa-like shower. Such a cool condo. We loved all the pools and amenities on the premises. This was a night to remember. We highly recommend West Gate!!"

""Resort" needs major cleaning & upgrades. Dirty, not great customer service. Horrible cheap pillows and sheets. I cannot believe this property is part of vail resorts - definitely not up to the expected Vail quality or service. Would not book here again unless there was nothing else available. Also, what resort doesn't have ice available? super weird."
