"We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The

"easy access to pool and they had vending machines selling various things. i was happy there was one machine selling feminine products which i needed it at a very last minute. place is quiet and peaceful. room needs more mirror so when getting ready easy for us to look at ourself. long mirrors or big mirror in the room itself will be helpful
