"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

"First the pros: It’s a lovely, newly renovated property, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza Mayor. The building and room were charming, clean, and comfortable. The cons: A very big one for us was that the WiFi is weak and spotty. It was difficult to look up information about Salamanca sights online or even do email without interruptions and long waits. "Lo encontramos muy limpio. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, junto a la Plaza Mayor. Lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Muy bien el baño con muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. Simplemente mencionar que está un poco escaso el menaje de la cocina, depende de lo larga que sea tu estancia y el uso de la cocina que se vaya a ahacer. Acceso muy fácil y cómodo con las llaves electrónicas en el móvil."

"The location and ambiance were impeccable, my only concern, was the air quality of the room, after about 24 hours it is quite noticeable, with my health declining, upon leaving the room the relief is immediate, so I am sure it is not a separate issue. Secondly the other issue was having found a piece of glass in one of the towels while washing my face, thankfully it did not cut me very deep and I noticed it before any serious damage but after that I was on edge with all the towels and sheets....

"Convenience of a small kitchen is useful if you don't want to eat out everyday. Also very sufficient space to fully unpack and live (for a short period). It was an ideal place for my 10 day trip."

"This is a lovely property right off the major plaza, in the center of everything with easy access to the university, the cathedral, and all of the shopping. The hotel room was large and comfortable. My only complaint was that there is not an elevator all the way up to the fourth floor, where my room was located. I had to carry my luggage up by myself. If you have a lot of luggage, this might not be the right location or make sure to choose a lower floor."

"Habitación amplia con signos de reforma reciente . Como mejora añadimos el cambio de colchón y solucionar la perdida de agua de la mampara de ducha . Extras gratificantes la calefacción , productos de aseo y la salida a las 12h .Algo que hoy día es de valorar .Permiten el dejar el equipaje un rato más . "
